Job summary

The Talent Set are partnering with our client to recruit a Fundraising Events Officer to plan and deliver impactful fundraising events, focusing on legacy giving and research partnerships to support the organisation's charitable objectives.

You will lead multiple events, coordinate with internal teams, liaise with venues and suppliers, manage invitations and branding, and handle registrations and post-event reporting, helping communicate the mission through events.

Qualifications

• Experience in events management or fundraising, ideally within charity or community sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, with attention to detail and organisation.
• Strong communication skills, liaising with researchers, venues, attendees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of multiple fundraising events throughout the year, from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source speakers, manage invitations, and oversee event branding and communications.
• Liaise with external venues and suppliers for logistics, catering and set-up; ensure quality standards.
• Support development of engaging event content with researchers and research teams for presentations or tours.
• Manage administrative aspects including attendee communications, registrations and materials production.
• Track and report event outcomes to inform future planning and fundraising strategies.
• Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships and communicate the organisation's mission through events.
