Job summary

Dogs Trust is seeking a Mass Participation Fundraising Assistant in London. This fixed-term, full-time role supports our Mass Participation fundraising programme by managing supporter inquiries, delivering excellent service, and assisting at events.

The successful candidate will have customer-care experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work weekends or evenings to support events and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supporter or customer care role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supporters and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• manage the mass participation inbox, responding to supporter queries and supporting the rest of the team
• ensure our supporters have an excellent experience, either over the phone, by email or in person
• support with key events and activities, including attending mass fundraising events
• complete administrative tasks for the team, from updating records on the database to organising fundraising packs for supporters.
