We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission. This position requires strong relationship management skills, excellent public relations abilities, and a knack for utilising fundraising software, particularly Raiser’s Edge. If you have a background in customer service and a keen understanding of market trends, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to meet organisational goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.

Utilise Raiser’s Edge software for tracking donations, managing donor information, and generating reports.

Engage in public relations activities to promote fundraising events and initiatives.

Conduct market research to identify potential funding sources and opportunities for collaboration.

Organise fundraising events, including planning logistics, marketing efforts, and volunteer coordination.

Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders throughout the fundraising process.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and adjust as necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience in fundraising or related fields is preferred.

Proficiency in fundraising software, particularly Raiser’s Edge, is highly desirable.

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Excellent public relations skills with experience in promoting events or initiatives.

Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on donor satisfaction.

Ability to conduct market analysis to inform fundraising strategies.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
