Job summary

Heart of Bucks, the Community Foundation for Buckinghamshire, is seeking a Funding Programmes Officer to lead several grant streams, act as team expert on priorities and operations, and deliver workshops that help groups understand the fund.

You will prioritise a busy workload, communicate with donors and grantees, analyse data for panel decisions, and support volunteer panel members during meetings. Salesforce CRM experience is helpful, with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise and manage a workload with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinker who can identify information gaps quickly.
• Strong administrative skills to organise grants panel meetings.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce CRM if not already proficient.

Responsibilities
