Job summary

The Association of Charitable Foundations is seeking a Programme and Community Manager to lead community engagement and programme delivery for Brent Giving in Brent, London. You will support resident participation, strengthen local relationships, and ensure participatory grantmaking activities are delivered effectively.

You will build trust, increase community involvement, and support grassroots organisations across Brent, working in a hybrid setup from Brent.

Qualifications

• Experience of community organising, development or engagement.
• Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Brent's communities and local voluntary sector.
• Experience delivering community programmes or grant-making initiatives.
• Ability to work flexibly, including attending community meetings and events.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
