Job summary

Canterbury Christ Church University is seeking a Development Manager within the Development Services team of Research, Enterprise and Innovation Services. Qualifications

• Experience in external funding and income development.
• Ability to lead projects in at least one other REKM Development Services area, such as impact, external engagement, or planning including REF and KEF.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality external funding applications for research and knowledge exchange activity.
• Collaborate with academics, professional services colleagues and external partners to identify funding opportunities.
• Strengthen proposals and support the development of competitive applications.
• Lead and contribute to a wider range of research, enterprise and knowledge mobilisation initiatives.
• Lead projects in at least one other REKM Development Services area.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to maximise outcomes.
• Contribute to delivery of the University's research, enterprise and innovation goals and Vision 2030.
