Job summary

twentyAI in London is seeking a Fund Operations Lead to support a senior team member across day-to-day servicing, systems and ongoing operational improvements in a Private Equity setting.

The role combines BAU FundOps duties with project work, including audit controls, operating-model development, system lockdowns, AtomInvest implementation and investor servicing across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Background in Fund Services or Fund Operations.
• Experience managing teams at Manager or Assistant Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of PE fund systems including AtomInvest, Investran, Viewpoint or Deals Plus.
• Experience supporting system implementations and process improvements.
• Ability to oversee multiple fund entities and complex structures.

Responsibilities

• Support ISAE control audits and ongoing control requirements.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, controls, KPIs and process frameworks.
• Coordinate system lockdowns across Viewpoint and Investran.
• Support the AtomInvest implementation and future project phases.
• Manage MIP servicing, including investor onboarding/offboarding and SPV structures.
• Collaborate with deal, tax, legal and technology teams across jurisdictions.

Fund Operations Lead - Private Equity, System Implementation

A leading Private Equity firm is seeking a Fund Ops Manager to provide cover for a senior team member, supporting the firm's Fund Operations function across day-to-day servicing, systems and ongoing operational improvements.

The role offers a varied split between BAU FundOps responsibilities and project work, including audit controls, operating model development, systems implementation and investor servicing.

Requirements

• Background in Fund Services, Fund Operations or fund administration.
• Manager or Assistant Manager-level experience, including people management.
• Strong business-user knowledge of fund systems such as AtomInvest, Investran, Viewpoint or Deals Plus.
• Experience supporting system implementations, project plans and process improvements.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple fund entities and complex structures simultaneously.

Responsibilities
