Role/Department
A vacancy has arisen in our Private Equity (PE) Operations team. We offer top-tier service to PE clients, working closely as a team to meet deliverables.

You will be a key member of the administration team, supporting a large client with an active investment portfolio across multiple fund products. Responsibilities include liaising with internal teams and Investment Advisors, completing client-specific tasks, investment administration, and handling ad-hoc queries, all within scheduled timeframes and meeting client KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent client service by building strong relationships with Investment Advisors and third parties, resolving queries, and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Developing thorough knowledge of client requirements and key processes.
  • Supporting mailbox monitoring and task completion as assigned by senior staff.
  • Assisting team members and rotating tasks regularly.
  • Creating and maintaining investment and portfolio records, processing purchases/disposals, recording income, and monitoring valuations and complex transactions.
  • Handling daily cash management, valuations, reconciliations, and invoice coding for fund products.
  • Preparing regular client reports, understanding fund structures, and managing investor queries.
  • Identifying operational efficiencies, resolving technology issues, and reporting issues proactively.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in fund administration of private equity, credit, or perpetual funds.
  • Business or financial services qualification or studying towards one.
  • Proficient in computer systems with data literacy skills advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and team player attitude.
