Job summary

Langham Hall Group is seeking a Trainee Administrator in Jersey to support fund and SPV administration within the Fund Administration team. The role covers client handling, document management, and basic company secretarial duties in Real Estate and Private Equity funds.

You will learn on the job with training and coaching, with a focus on KYC/AML, governance matters, and financial administration, while progressing towards professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent (3 Grades A-C / 9-4), and GCSE Mathematics and English (Grades A-C / 9-4), and a willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client administration and coordination of fund/LP/SPV documentation.
• Support with regulatory and KYC tasks for new clients and funds.
• Maintain investor records and perform routine cash management tasks.
• Prepare minutes and resolutions for board meetings and documents.
• Develop familiarity with fund documentation and agreements.
