Job summary

Martis Search Limited in London’s West End is seeking an Asset Management – Investment Operations Middle Office, Fund Administration/ Fund Accounting Associate for a 12-month FTC with a strong possibility to transition to permanent employment. The role reports to the Head of Investment Operations Middle Office & Fund Accounting and offers exposure to NAVs, valuations, and private equity operations.

Ideal candidates will have a graduate background with at least 1 year in related fund

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with minimum 1 year in Portfolio Administration, Fund Administration or Fund Accounting within Financial Services.
• Mandatory experience with Private Equity Operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior Operations Managers and Fund Managers.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual Portfolio Administration/Fund Administration/Fund Accounting tasks daily.
• Handle payments and cash reconciliations; support NAVs/valuations quarterly for Equity, Private Equity, and Fund-of-Funds.
• Learn and adapt as automation grows; collaborate with stakeholders and maintain process quality.
