SelectRecruitment.je is seeking a qualified Fund Accounting Manager to join a client and bring strong funds experience to a varied role with direct client exposure.

You will maintain accounting records, prepare financial statements and investor reporting within deadlines, manage queries from clients and auditors, and mentor junior staff while supporting policy improvements. The role requires ACCA/ACA qualification with IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent) with funds experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Deadline-driven, collaborative approach and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate accounting records for funds and corporate structures.
• Prepare financial statements and investor reporting within client and regulatory deadlines.
• Manage queries from clients, advisors and auditors.
• Support the senior team with policies, controls and process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and help build strong client relationships.
