Private Market/Funds Management Search - Finance, Accounting and Middle Office

A growing Real Estate Fund is looking to appoint a Part Qualified/Finalist level Fund Accountant into a newly created role within their closely knit London finance team.

Reporting directly to an experienced Finance Director, this is a hands-on position offering strong mentorship, full study support and a clear path to a qualified role.

This is an opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where culture is a real selling point – supportive, sociable, and down-to-earth. You’ll gain broad exposure across the fund finance cycle and work closely with both the finance and investment teams in a visible and value-adding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly fund accounts
• Production of investor reporting packs
• Processing capital calls and distributions
• Liaising with third parties including fund administrators
• Calculating management fees
• Analysing fund performance
• Supporting the investment team with deal structuring, closing, reporting, and compliance

Requirements:

• Part qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Fund accounting experience highly preferred – real estate ideal, but other asset classes considered. We would also consider candidates from a boutique accountancy practice with accounts preparation experience
• Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and eagerness to learn

Compensation on offer is circa £40,000-55,000 with an annual discretionary bonus. Study support is provided with a generous wider benefits package.
