Autumnal Partners are currently exclusively leading the search for a fund accountant for a newly launched PE semi-liquid strategy as part of a large PE fund manager's broader platform.

Working closely with the CFO, Fund Controllers, and front office teams, you will play a key role in the financial management and oversight of this innovative new strategy. This is a hands-on and commercially engaged role, offering outstanding exposure to both traditional private equity and open-ended fund structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of day-to-day fund accounting, valuations, and NAV production
• Oversight and management of third-party administrators
• Review of investor reporting, capital calls, and distributions
• Liaison with auditors and tax advisors
• Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes for the strategy
• Assisting with regulatory reporting and internal projects

The Ideal Candidate:

• Circa 2–3 years post qualified (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent), Big 4 training preferred
• Background in fund accounting, ideally with exposure to private equity, credit, real assets, or semi-liquid structures
• Strong technical accounting skills with a keen eye for detail
• Commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and excited to be part of a fast-growing strategy
