Donard Recruitment Ltd in Wolverhampton invites applications for a Hybrid Functional Specialist to support government disability assessments (PIP). You will be a qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic, delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments.

The role offers a starting salary of £39,500 with potential progression to £40,500 on approval, a bonus scheme, 25 days holiday, hybrid working, and a range of wellbeing and pension benefits.

Qualificações

• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
• 1+ years post qualification experience.
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
• Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage caseloads end to end including delivering face to face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls and paper based reports (PBR).
• Autonomously manage cases to conclusion with greater job variety.
• Assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.
• Build time into rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings.

Your New Role:

• As a multi-skilled Functional Specialist, you will manage caseloads from end to end which includes delivering face to face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls and paper based reports (PBR).
• As a multi-skilled Functional Specialist, you will have greater job variety and autonomy to manage cases to conclusion.

• You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings.
