You will co-lead fit-gap workshops, design ERP processes, and develop training materials. Formación

• Experience in business process mapping and design.
• Hands-on functional/operational experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Order-to-Cash.
• Working experience supporting or championing process changes improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as subject matter expert for the Order-to-Cash function.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist.
• Develop training materials and lead sessions for key processes.
• Assist the Application Support Team with complex issues.

Conocimientos

Experience in business process mapping and design

Hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 OTC

Experience with ERP implementation

Working experience supporting process changes
