Qualifications

• Experience in business process mapping and design.

• Working experience supporting or championing process changes improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for the Order-to-Cash function.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist.
• Develop training materials and lead sessions for key processes.
• Assist the Application Support Team with complex issues.

Skills

Experience in business process mapping and design
