About the Role

Or are you interested in transitioning into an Occupational/Vocational pathway?
Training & Development
You will receive industry-leading training from experienced clinical tutors, equipping you with the skills to support customers and transfer your current medical knowledge to this role. The full training lasts approximately 6 months, during which you will be paid. This role will help you maintain your registration with RGN or HCPC, with support for revalidation.
After training, you will have ongoing CPD, with over 100 hours protected annually, support for revalidation, and opportunities for career development within the organization. You will be assigned a clinical supervisor and can pursue the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine accredited by the FOM.
Your Requirements
You should be a nurse, OT, or physiotherapist with at least 1 year of experience in in-patient roles dealing with diverse clinical conditions. Strong IT skills, including typing at 35 words per minute, are advantageous. Candidates must be highly literate, detail-oriented, and possess adaptable communication skills suitable for the client group.
