Hybrid Working offers a stable schedule with no nights or shifts, and a starting salary of £40,000–£42,000 with potential progression to £44,000–£45,000 over time plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year post-registration clinical experience (adult setting).
• 12+ months' active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration.
• Good communication, report-writing and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence, discuss how conditions impact daily living and work, and produce evidence-based reports for the DWP.

Salary & Progression

PIP

• Starting Salary:£40,000
• After 6 months (upon approval):£43,000
• After 12 months:£44,000

WCA

• Starting Salary:£42,000
• After 6 months (upon approval):£44,000
• After 12 months:£45,000

Bonus & Benefits

• 5% one-off approval bonus
• Up to 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x once approved

• Additional salary uplifts:
• WCA File Handling: +£500
• Auditing (PIP & WCA): +£500

The Role

You'll carry out telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence, discuss how conditions impact daily living and work, and produce evidence-based reports for the DWP. This is an assessment and report-writing role only – you will not make benefit decisions.
