Our client is seeking Nurses, OTs, and Physiotherapists to join their organization in Wood Green.
You will assess up to six customers per day, conducting clinical observations, questioning, and creating written reports for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), which will use your report as part of their decision-making process regarding support for the customer. The assessment involves the Work Capability Assessment benefit.
Participants will receive industry-leading training from experienced clinical tutors. The approximately 6-month training program is paid and designed to transfer your existing medical skills to the role. It will also support your registration with the NMC or HCPC and provide revalidation assistance.
Post-training, there are ongoing CPD opportunities, revalidation support, and career development prospects within the organization. You will be assigned a clinical supervisor and have the opportunity to study for the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine, accredited by the FOM.
Applicants should be Nurses, OTs, or Physiotherapists primarily working in inpatient roles, dealing with diverse clinical conditions, with at least 1 year of experience. Computer literacy, typing skills (at least 30 words per minute), attention to detail, and adaptable communication skills are essential.
