Job summary

Liberty Sky Recruitment is seeking qualified healthcare professionals for Functional Assessor roles. You will conduct functional assessments to determine access to support, applying your clinical expertise rather than performing hands-on treatment.

• Salary £40-42k plus increments of £1000 after six months and £1000 after 12 months

The Role

As a Functional Assessor, you’ll use your clinical expertise gained from being a registered qualified Nurse, Paramedic, Occupational Health Therapist or Physiotherapist in a new and rewarding way. You will conduct functional assessments that help people access the support they need. You will use your clinical expertise to assess how a person’s health condition affects their day‑to‑day functional ability, rather than diagnosing or treating them. It’s a clinical, structured, Monday–Friday role focused on assessment, not hands‑on care.
