Job summary

The Dorchester Collection is offering a fully funded Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in Hospitality, in partnership with the University of Gloucestershire. You will complete a BA (Hons) Degree in Project Management without student debt and gain practical experience across luxury hotel operations.

You will rotate through departments during the first two years, then specialise in a area while developing supervisory skills in year three. Expect 32 hours of work plus a study day weekly;1?

Qualifications

• Fully funded Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in Hospitality
• BA (Hons) Degree in Project Management offered without student debt
• On successful completion, eligible to become full member of the Association for Project Management (APM)

Responsibilities

• Spend 2 years rotating through different operational departments to gain a rounded hotel knowledge
• Select a specialism in one area and develop supervisory/managerial skills in final year
• 32 hours of hotel operations work plus 8 hours per week on a study day
• Shift pattern includes Monday-Sunday with weekends and evenings
