Job summary

Lightning AI is hiring a Fullstack Engineer to build and scale the Lightning AI platform across frontend, CLI, APIs, and core backend systems. You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, product, and design to ship high-quality updates that handle real-world ML workloads at scale.

The role is based in hubs (NYC, SF, Seattle, or London) with at least two in-office days per week and a hybrid work model. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in React and either Go or Python.
• Ability to own features and drive end-to-end development.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Write readable, testable code in React and Go or Python.
• Develop and scale frontend, CLI, APIs, and backend features.
• Drive technical direction on large projects with product and design teams.
• Document architecture, tools, and processes.
• Maintain high software quality and automate delivery to production.
• Mentor engineers on system design and problem-solving in uncertain environments.
