Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the shift, train baristas and uphold service and coffee excellence in our store. You’ll play a key role in guiding the team and ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience for customers.

As part of Costa, you’ll lead by example, communicate clearly, and adapt to busy periods while maintaining high standards. We offer flexible shifts and a supportive team culture that values progression and community.
