Job summary

Supply Desk is partnering with a friendly primary school in the Hayes area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant. The role involves supporting learning across the classroom and delivering group and one-to-one assistance to pupils.

You will work closely with teachers to promote a positive and inclusive environment, helping children thrive academically and personally. Immediate start available or from September, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, parents and pupils.
• Proactive, flexible approach and genuine passion for education.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across the classroom with group and 1:1 activities.
• Assist pupils with varying abilities and additional needs.
• Help deliver engaging and structured lessons.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.
• Prepare classroom resources and support staff as needed.
• Support pupils' social, emotional and behavioural development.
