Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Supporting Pupils with SEND

Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming school in Lymington seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide consistent support to pupils with additional needs.

The Role
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support
  • Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
  • Help pupils access classroom learning
  • Encourage communication and independence
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Build trusting relationships with pupils
  • Support classroom activities and interventions
  • Assist pupils throughout the school day
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment
The successful candidate will be:

Previous experience supporting children with SEND, Autism, ADHD or other additional needs would be advantageous.
