Radis Community Care in Aldridge (WS9) is seeking a committed Support Worker to assist 12 individuals with mild to profound learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism in a residential setting. You will prompt personal care, medication, and daily living activities within a supportive team.

Shifts are 7am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-10pm with alternate weekends and full-time hours. Understanding of PMLD and a person-centred approach are essential to promote independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care preferred but not essential.
• Experience in supported living or with individuals with PMLD helpful.
• Ability to promote independence, dignity and respect.

Responsabilités
