Job summary

Mary Rush Care Ltd is seeking two Full Time Support Workers for Marleyfield in Churchdown, Gloucester. You will provide person-centred support to help individuals live independently and with dignity within their own home.

Mary Rush Care are looking for two caring, reliable and motivated Full Time Support Workers to join our friendly team at Marleyfield, our supported living service.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at Marleyfield, you will provide person centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, helping them maintain independence while promoting dignity, choice and wellbeing.

You will support with daily living tasks, emotional wellbeing, community access and encouraging service users to achieve their personal goals in a safe and positive environment.
