A leading company in property management is seeking a Full-Time Senior Accounts Assistant in Cambridge. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of accounting for commercial properties, manage the accounts team, and deliver exemplary service to clients. We are looking for a Full-Time Senior Accounts Assistant for our Commercially Managed Properties who would be based at our Cambridge office, working within the Accounts department and alongside the Commercial team.
Our experienced Commercial team is involved in some of the biggest commercial property deals in and around Cambridge with particular expertise in the life sciences and technology markets.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Finance Director and Commercial Director and overseeing all aspects of accounting for the Commercial properties we manage for our clients. You willtake the lead on managing the workload for the Commercial accounts team on a day to day basis and ensuring an excellent service is provided to our clients.

Bank Reconciliations
Client Accounting
Service Charge Accounting
Property Administration
