Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in LS13 on a full-time basis from September. You will support pupils across EYFS–KS2, working 1:1 and in small groups with children with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

Key responsibilities include 1:1 support for pupils with SEND, assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, supporting social, emotional and behavioural needs, and helping

• Experience working with children with SEND.
• Patient, resilient and nurturing approach.
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
