Responsibilities

• Open and secure buildings, monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Respond to security matters
• Distribute deliveries
• Support maintenance tasks
• Prepare facilities for assemblies, meetings, events and examinations
• Coordinate with contractors, visitors, hirers and external users of facilities
• Support lettings programme, ensuring facilities are prepared and welcoming
