Job summary

Deckers Brands, home of UGG, seeks a Full-Time Sales Associate for the Covent Garden store to deliver personalized shopping experiences and expert product knowledge. You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, and uphold the brand image with a cheerful, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets, maintain visual standards, and participate in training programs to grow product knowledge and customer service

Description

As an UGG Sales Associate, you create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty. You understand the importance our modelling our Service Training Program and you greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store. You ensure that all customer questions are addressed accurately and responded to before they leave. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including effectively communicating our return policy. You maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image in all interactions including adhering to a dress code. You provide exceptional customer service to both our in-store customers and those who call on the phone.
