Footasylum is hiring a Sales Assistant in Doncaster for a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. Salary ranges from £8.00 to £12.71 per hour, plus a 30% staff discount across Footasylum & Sevenstore. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on premium customer experiences and brand storytelling.

You’ll be expected to engage customers, style outfits, and drive sales while representing our energetic culture. Training and progression opportunities are provided to help you grow within the business.

• Chase the win; drive sales, hit KPIs and build baskets with the team.
• Keep the store premium; maintain visuals, stock, and a neat, ready-for-the-next-fit environment.
