More about your role
You will perform general day-to-day maintenance across our facilities, including Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex, The Hurst Pool, and Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub. Your responsibilities include planning and executing work schedules, performing maintenance tasks, coordinating with contractors for unexpected issues, and monitoring contractors to ensure compliance with testing and inspection regulations.
You will deliver high standards of service, safety, and comfort for our center users. Collaborating with the Technical team, you'll ensure all equipment and facilities are operational, providing maintenance reports and updates to the Contract Technical Manager regularly.

More about you
The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience, preferably with a trade qualification. An understanding of health and safety regulations, especially in public spaces, is essential. A Pool Plant Operator's Certificate is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are required for liaising with external contractors. Demonstrating strong customer service skills during the interview process is preferred.
