Job summary

Crystal Leisure Centre in Stourbridge is recruiting a Full Time Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard) to work 37 hours per week on a 3-week rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. You must hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to supervise both poolside and dry-side activities while helping maintain security and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must hold current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) in date.
• Experience supervising pool and dry-side areas is preferred.
• Willing to work 37 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK required; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide poolside and dry-side supervision.
• Maintain security of the leisure centre.
• Set out and return equipment as required.
• Undertake cleaning and maintenance tasks as per schedule.
• Promote quality customer service and a friendly atmosphere.
