Genting Casinos Edgbaston is recruiting a Full Time Kitchen Porter to support service with prompt food preparation and delivery, while maintaining clean back-of-house areas.

We have a vacancy for a kitchen porter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the food orders during service and helping deliver great food in a timely manner for our customers. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts across the week.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• A proven track record for establishing excellent standards in a hospitality operation.
• Flexible and able to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about great food and the drive to excel in your field.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks ensuring a high standard of presentation
• Keeping kitchens and back-of-house hospitality areas clean.
• Accepting, checking and putting away deliveries, ensuring correct procedures are used at all times, and stock rotation is adhered to.
• Ability to work in a pressured environment.
• Adhering to H&S and H&H practices in all tasks - training will be provided.
• Adhering to COSHH guidelines when using on-site cleaning products.
