Zest Education is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in the Staffordshire area, starting January 2027. This full-time role involves delivering pre-prepared material, maintaining positive classroom dynamics, and supporting students’ learning in diverse school settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes of secondary school students across a range of subjects.

• Supporting students with their work and encouraging participation.
• Liaising with teaching staff and school leaders where necessary.
