Full-Time Cover Supervisor Location: Knowsley Start Date: September 2024 Company: Axcis Education Hourly rates - £15-£19 depending on experience Are you passionate about education and experienced in managing diverse classroom environments? Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant mainstream high school in Knowsley. This role involves working across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing essential classroom management and support to students with ADHD, challenging behaviors, SEMH, and ASD. Key Responsibilities: Classroom Management: Ensure smooth running of lessons and maintain a positive learning environment. Behavior Management: Implement strategies to manage and support challenging behaviors effectively. Safeguarding: Uphold the school's safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. General Cover Knowledge: Provide subject-specific cover when necessary, with a focus on maintaining continuity in students' education. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the education sector. Behavior Management Skills: Strong skills in managing and supporting student behavior. DBS Check: Fully enhanced DBS on the update service. Driving: Having a driving license is advantageous but not essential.
