Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Female Support Worker in Wells, Somerset to join a dedicated team providing person-centred support to four ladies with learning disabilities and autism. This full-time role focuses on helping clients engage in daily activities and community experiences with dignity and independence.

You will receive full training, including NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and must hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car. A positive, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car with business insurance.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support four ladies with learning disabilities and Autism to engage in community activities.
• Provide companionship and assist with daily routines and independence.
• Facilitate outings to shops, gym, or social activities.
• Deliver support with kindness, positivity and patient communication.
