Job summary

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Community Care Assistant to support individuals in their own homes across Ferndown and the surrounding areas. This full-time, permanent role offers £13.50 per hour.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily living, meals, medication support where trained, and companionship, helping clients maintain independence with dignity. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

• Previous care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living.
• Supporting individuals with washing, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration.
• Supporting medication where trained and authorised.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Encouraging independence and respecting individual choices.
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns.
• Maintaining accurate care records.
