All Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support older adults in the Farnborough area, enabling independence at home. The role offers competitive hourly pay and enhanced rates for unsociable hours and holidays, with guaranteed hours and stable shift patterns.

Full training is provided, and there are opportunities for NVQ and Health & Social Care qualifications. A driving licence and own vehicle are preferred for a community-based role.
