The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and versatile coach to join our team full-time. This employed position encompasses a variety of responsibilities:

• Coaching:Lead Small Group Personal Training sessions (up to 8 participants) and HYROX-based sessions (max 12-16 participants), ensuring each member receives personalised attention and motivation.
• Member Engagement:Build strong relationships with members, providing support, tracking progress, and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Content Creation:Develop engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our community and attract new members.
• Programming:Assist in designing workout programs that align with our members’ goals and our gym’s philosophy.
• Event Planning:Organise seminars and events that promote wellness and community engagement.
• Administrative Tasks:Manage scheduling, member communications, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications:Level 3 Personal Trainer certification.
• Experience:1+ years experience in coaching group sessions.
• Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Passion:A genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
• Creativity:Ability to create engaging content and contribute to our dynamic team environment.
