Vista Vets in Chelmsford is seeking a Full time Client Care Assistant/Veterinary Care Assistant to join our independent family-run practice. The role focuses on greeting clients, supporting the clinical team, and delivering high standards of client and patient care in a friendly, supportive environment.

The position is 40 hours per week across shifts, with some weekend work. A bubbly, proactive attitude and strong communication are valued alongside at least 1 year in practice or a good fit for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in practice, though the right applicant may be considered without experience.
• A bubbly, proactive individual who is passionate about high standards of client and patient care.
• Enjoys working within a friendly and supportive team, and values client communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients and their pets.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Manage direct and online client appointment requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Ensure client data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide feedback to management on client service issues.
• Assist the clinical team with in-patients when required.
• Help to clean the practice to a high standard.
• Work closely with the client and patient care teams to ensure smooth running of the clinic.

We are seeking a Full time Client Care Assistant/Veterinary Care Assistant to join our Independent and friendly vet practice team!

We are a family-run, progressive, independent small animal veterinary practice seeking an experienced Client Care Assistant/Veterinary Care Assistant to join us on full time basis.

This position would be well-suited to a bubbly, proactive individual who is passionate about high standards of client and patient care, enjoys working within a friendly and supportive team, and values client communication.

Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in practice, however this can be overlooked for the right applicant.
