Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and staff.
• Efficient worker able to follow instructions from team members.
• Able to be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support to residents.
• Recognise and respond to clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure ulcers, falls, infections) and escalate promptly.
• Treat residents and visitors with courtesy, dignity and respect.
• Follow safe systems of work across all tasks.
