Job summary

Guardian Angel Carers Ltd in Banstead & Purley is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly home care team. You will provide high-quality support to local clients in their own homes, helping them stay independent and connected with their communities.

We offer full-time hours, varied shifts, paid mileage, comprehensive training, and a supportive team. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social support to clients at home.
• Assist with appointments, outings, and participation in community activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with medication administration as required.
• Assist with dementia care and personal care tasks.
• Support light domestic duties and continence care.
• Provide end-of-life care as needed.

Hours:Full Time

Shifts:Various shift patterns available (to be discussed in line with your working availability). We require all of our Care Assistants to work alternate weekends.

Pay Rates:£14.35ph Weekdays | £15.35ph Weekends |£27,000 per annum (based on a 40 hour working week)
