Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for a full-time role in a secondary school in N2, Greater London. You will support pupils with learning and help them progress academically and personally, both individually and in small groups.

The ideal candidate will have LSA/TA experience, strong literacy and numeracy, and excellent communication. You will work with teachers and support staff, adapt activities, and help pupils engage and succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience as LSA/TA or learning support professional.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Confident supporting pupils across the secondary curriculum.
