Job summary

AWTG Ltd is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer & Development Team Lead to build and maintain modern web applications, combining frontend and backend expertise with hands-on coding.

You will lead a team, review work, set technical standards, support architecture decisions, and ensure reliable delivery, while contributing directly to production code using TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS and relational databases. This role requires strong communication and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 2 years of technical leadership or development team leadership experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Frontend experience with React/Next.js and backend with Node.js/NestJS.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend systems.
• Build modern applications using TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, relational databases and APIs.
• Lead development team, review technical work, and ensure coding standards.
• Develop automated tests including unit, integration, API and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, AI/ML, Security and other teams to plan and deliver.
