develop, a profitable InsurTech startup, is seeking a product-minded Full Stack Engineer to join a small, autonomous engineering team. You will own features from concept to production and help scale a platform moving from hundreds to thousands of daily users.
You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, including the CTO, in a fast-moving, product-led environment. Prior InsurTech experience is not required, with FinTech or SaaS backgrounds translating well.
I'm working with a profitable, product-led InsurTech startup that's looking for Full Stack Engineers to join its growing engineering team.
They're around 23 people, with a small, high-calibre engineering team, and have reached an exciting point in their growth. With several large contracts in the pipeline, they're now scaling both the team and the platform, moving from hundreds of active users towards potentially 10,000+ daily users.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants genuine ownership rather than simply picking up tickets.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a team of around eight engineers, working closely with the CTO and co-founder.
This is not an environment where engineers are handed small tickets and expected to simply implement them. You’ll be trusted to understand problems, make sensible technical decisions and take features from initial idea through to production.
The platform currently supports hundreds of active users, with significant growth expected over the coming years. The technical challenges are therefore becoming increasingly interesting, from scalability and performance through to architecture, integrations, automation and AI.
You could be working across:
They’re particularly interested in engineers who are strong across the stack but naturally lean towards backend engineering.
AI experience is a bonus rather than a requirement.
