Job summary

develop, a profitable InsurTech startup, is seeking a product-minded Full Stack Engineer to join a small, autonomous engineering team. You will own features from concept to production and help scale a platform moving from hundreds to thousands of daily users.

You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, including the CTO, in a fast-moving, product-led environment. Prior InsurTech experience is not required, with FinTech or SaaS backgrounds translating well.

Qualifications

• Has roughly 3–7 years' software engineering experience.
• Has worked in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Is genuinely full stack, ideally backend-leaning.
• Can demonstrate the impact of the products/features they've built.
• Takes ownership from idea through to production.
• Enjoys working in a fast-moving, product-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop across the stack including frontend and backend components.
• Take features from initial idea to production with minimal hand-holding.
• Collaborate closely with CTO and founding team to shape technical direction.
• Improve scalability, performance, and integrations as the customer base grows.
