Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Full Stack Scrum Engineer to join a hands-on engineering team in Hampshire, onsite five days a week. You will support software engineers, mentor colleagues, participate in planning, and help shape the software engineering strategy while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

You will need a Computer Science degree or equivalent and strong coding, debugging, and collaboration skills.

• Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to resolve issues as they arise.

Full Stack Scrum Engineer

Location: Hampshire (onsite 5 days per week)

What you'll bring

• Degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Previous relevant work experience in industry, with experience in a similar role within software engineering.


• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies.


• Strong programming and debugging skills.


• Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.


• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.


• Strong organisational and time management skills.
