Job summary

DXC Technology in Cheltenham is seeking a Linux System Administrator to join on site (5 days a week). You will implement standards, policies and process improvements while delivering day-to-day system support across Linux environments.

The role requires ITIL-aligned incident management, documentation, and a proactive approach to risk and problem management. UK residency and security eligibility are essential for this client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing UNIX/Linux systems (Red Hat, Debian, Solaris, AIX).
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities with Bash/Python.
• Experience with ITIL practices and documentation.
• Experience with IaC and automation tools.
