Printed.com is expanding its Engineering team and seeking a Software Engineer to work on PHP (Symfony/Laravel) applications hosted on AWS, contributing to feature development and platform improvements. This hybrid role requires two days in the Cramlington office and offers exposure to cloud, DevOps, and modern web stacks.

You'll join a fast-paced, ambitious team delivering for UK and US markets, collaborating with senior engineers and product teams to ship reliable software and grow your own

Qualifications

• Ownership of well-defined problems and features, escalating ambiguity to Senior Engineer or Manager.
• Work across a small number of concurrent workstreams with time management.
• Follow and reinforce engineering best practices (code review, testing, CI/CD, documentation).
• Adopt new tools and processes to improve engineering workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing and code reviews.

Responsibilities
